Welcome to the website dedicated to my schnauzers. They are fantastic family dogs with great temper, are champion show dogs and are also very well trained.
My name is Lucka (Lucka Zabkar). I have had miniature and standard schnauzers for over thirty years. These breeds are my passion and great love.
I come from Slovenia. I live with my family that loves schnauzers very dearly in our apartment in the city Ljubljana and in our house in the mountains. Because of our life style our dogs must be used to the hustle and bustle of the city and on the other hand they must be physically fit to be able to hike through the woods and mountains for hours.
My dogs are active show dogs with many superb results. They are shown mostly in Slovenia, Croatia, Austria, Italy, Hungary and occasionally also in other countries (e.g. Belgium). You can follow their show results on my Facebook site.
I also constantly train my dogs. For me training is the most fun and rewarding part of owning a dog. Training my dogs has always been high on the list of priorities. To me this is an obligation all dog owners need to fulfil for the community they live in and the welfare of their dog. By going to classes, you can meet the ethical and moral responsibilities of dog ownership and promote the benefits that dogs can bring to peoples' lives.
My dogs are like my children. My family devotes much of our time to them. Our dogs are always with us – they live indoor together with the family and they accompany us wherever we go.
The dogs have the best breeding evaluation scores and in the case of mating fresh and frozen semen is available.
